Simply unscrew the timber top and pop the plastic cap off, re screw your lid back on, hang where desired and wait for aroma of your Diffuser to spread.
• Ensure plastic cap is removed prior to use as this can cause pressure build up and may cause the glass diffuser to crack or break.
• sometimes the diffuser liquid may absorb into the rope past the wooden/beaded blocker.
• if this occurs you must be sure the rope is hanging from materials that wont be affected or damaged by the fragranced liquid soaked into the rope.
• hanging diffusers should not be left in high heat environments exceeding 30c.
• clean up spills immediately.
• diffuser base and fragrance oil can damage (but not limited to) surfaces like plastics, polished/varnished surfaces and wood.

Our products are thoroughly tested and we try to minimize the risk of any leakage but can never guarantee this product is 100% leak proof.
If placed in car, oil may damage vehicle surfaces. Never hang diffusers in high heat environments exceeding 30 degrees. Please position the product carefully and ensure the oil does not come into contact with your car’s interior. If oil does make contact, clean the affected area immediately and remove the product. The diffuser should never be actively dripping oil. Extra caution should be taken if placing the product anywhere other than the rear-view mirror, as hanging it in other areas may result in damage.
We do not recommend tipping the product for longer than two seconds. Do not tip the diffuser before the lid is completely dry, and do not allow the cap or string to become saturated with oil. Always hang the product as short as possible to avoid swinging when driving over bumps which may cause damage to windscreen.
